SHOPPING POLICIES

Returns and Exchanges

  • We will gladly take returns or exchanges, as long as the work has not been started.
  • We will refund handling and postage due to our error only.
  • Pack the return merchandise in the same package it came in. Please include an explanation.
  • Returns or exchanges must be made in 30 days.  No returns on sale items.

Is something missing?

  • Check the invoice to see if an item is on back order.
  • You will not be charged for back order items until they are shipped.
  • If there is something missing you can email us at ks@kaleidostitch.com.

Delivery Time

  • You should receive your merchandise within 2 weeks of ordering.  Delivery time can vary during peak seasons.
  • If you have not received your shipment within 4 weeks, please contact us and we will try to track down your package.
  • We do ask that you give us your email address so that we can contact you about the status of your order.  We will let you know your order is received, shipped, delayed, etc.

Secure Shopping

  • We offer secure online shopping.  If you are not comfortable with this you can also call us, 256-489-1283 9:00-5:00 Central Time.  If no answer, leave a message and we will get back to you asap.

Payment Methods

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Check or  Money Order.  Please note that when sending a check we will process your order after the check has cleared the bank.  This will result in a longer processing time.  If you have ordered more than 3 times from us, with no problems,  we will ship your order as soon as we receive  your check.

Privacy Statement

  • We DO NOT give your information to anyone.  What information we gather from you is used strictly for kaleidostitch.com.  We hate junk mail, just like you.  However you may receive flyers from us, on occasion.  If you wish not to receive information from us, email us and let us know.  We are not here to pester you.  We are a viable business trying to increase sales.
  • We do ask that you give us your email address so that we can contact you about the status of your order.  We will let you know your order is received, shipped, delayed, etc.
